Madame Dolce was born from a deep passion for European-style patisserie and the finest specialty coffee. From our very first croissant pulled from the oven, we set out with one simple ambition: to make every guest feel as though they'd stumbled into a Parisian side street or an Italian piazza — right here in Strathtulloh.
Nestled in the heart of this growing western Melbourne community, we've become the neighbourhood's go-to spot for morning rituals, catch-ups with friends, quiet solo moments, and every kind of celebration in between. We believe the small pleasures matter — a perfectly pulled flat white, a flaky almond tart still warm from the oven, a rose latte that looks almost too beautiful to drink.
